Here’s what we will do with this information:

• Your name, email address and phone number are required simply so we can contact you if a question or problem arises. They will not be posted on the web site nor made available to anyone else in any form.
• The theater name, production name, audition and production dates and show name will be posted in the Auditions section of Stagewhispers. The region and location of your theater will also be included (which we should already have on file).
• Please include the URL of a page on your theater’s web site where a reader can go to find out more information about the audition (such as the exact times, the address of the theater, the name of the director and the like).  The theater logo for this entry in the Auditions section will link to that URL.  If your theater does not have a web site, or there is no specific page with information about this audition, please include the email address or phone number of someone who can respond to questions.
