The Great American Trailer Park Musical opens our 2012 season and presents a kooky pastiche of:  '80’s nostalgia, spray cheese, road kill, hysterical pregnancy, a broken electric chair, kleptomania, strippers, agoraphobia, adultery, and disco! In this South Park meets Desperate Housewives scenario, The Great American Trailer Park Musical finds a new tenant at Armadillo Acres – and she’s wreaking havoc all over North Florida’s most exclusive trailer park. It’s sure to provide a hysterical cure for the winter doldrums. Make plans to join us for The Great American Trailer Park Musical. ALICE IN WONDERLAND
May 5, 12 and 19 at 8:00 PM and May 20, at 2:00 PM

Join Alice for the adventure of a lifetime as she goes down the rabbit hole and discovers a magical world of wonder, suspense and surprise. As she leads us on her surreal journey, we’ll meet the likes of the Cheshire Cat, the Mad Hatter and the Queen of Hearts. This darkly engaging adaptation of the Lewis Carroll classic tale is sure to enlighten and entertain. Don’t be late, don’t lose your head, and watch out for a cat with a big fat grin! Alice In Wonderland is certainly destined to become a Country Gate classic.

LEGALLY BLONDE: THE MUSICAL
July 21, 28 and August 4, at 8:00 PM and August 5, at 2:00 PM

Legally Blonde follows sorority star Elle Woods, an underestimated blonde who doesn't take "no" for an answer. When her boyfriend dumps her for someone more "serious," Elle puts down the credit card, hits the books, and sets out to go where no Delta Nu has gone before: Harvard Law. Along the way, Elle proves that being true to yourself never goes out of style. Based on the hit movie, Legally Blonde The Musical was an award-winning Broadway sensation and winner of “Best New Musical” at the 2011 Laurence Olivier Awards in London. This production is an all-singing, all-dancing, feel good musical comedy that is sure to have us all tapping our toes.

SHERLOCK HOLMES
October 6 , 13 and 20 at 8:00 PM and October 21, at 2:00 PM

Murder, deception and eerie intrigue inspire the talents of the most famous of all detectives....Sherlock Holmes. Join him, along with his trusty sidekick, Dr. John H. Watson as he plots to unravel the uncanny mystery that must be solved before more fall victim to bloody homicide. Amid fog-shrouded London, Holmes and Watson confront danger and an ingenious villain intent on making a curse come true. This exotic and thrilling mystery driven by greed, deceit and murder will keep us on the edge of our seats.

CHRISTMAS REVUE  ’12
December 1, 8 and 15 at 8:00 PM and December 16, at 2:00 PM

Country Gate Players will conclude 2012 with its annual tribute to the holidays.   Our Christmas Revue celebrates the jubilation of the season with lots of singing and dancing, intermingled with an eclectic potpourri of good tidings and cheer.  It’s a holly, jolly finale to another wonderful year.  We hope you’ll make plans to join us.
