This was the first production I directed for Theatricks. Originally an English comedy, I set the action in Chicago of the late 30's as I had similarly done when I performed it in Albuquerque, NM in 1982.

The second production I directed for Theatricks. Great fun creating the special effects and magic illusions. Many I'd learned years ago while doing a magic show at the Limelight Dinner Theater, back in Kansas City, Mo.

This was the third production I directed for Theatricks. My stars, Pat Donohue, Billy Taylor and Rick Mertens were all in it as well as my newest lady from Blithe Spirit, Lynde Lafler.

A very bad hair day!

This is one of the finest plays I've had the privilege of performing in. I'd been searching for a vehicle that I could work with both Bill and Rick, whom I have admire both as friends and actors for years. I found this one in the Samuel French catalogue and sent away for it. The minute I read it, I knew this would be a wonderful production.

We've performed it in several location, both in 1993 and 1995. Ernie Schenk of the Little Victory Players in Hancock, NY directed the play and we opened there as well as other theatres in the area and even one performance at the Binghamton Library!

We're always ready to do it again when called upon-and the price is right! ;-)

This marks my first production with the Ti-Ahwaga Playhouse in Owego.

I drew and created these Styrofoam cherubs for the set.

Marty Murray as Bobby

Performed at the Greater Binghamton Health Center

in the Keeler Building Theatre

June 16, 17, 18 & 23, 24 & 25

This was my first experience with the Know Theatre. My friend and fellow actor, Rick Mertens, suggested using me to direct this show to Mr. Tim Gleason, the Director of the Know Theatre and the man who would be playing the character "Teach", along with Rick's character, "Donny" and a young man with whom I've also worked with previously, Eli Bosnick as "Bobby".

Sunday, the 18th, Eli became very ill and the show was cancelled. Marty Murray joined our cast on Wednesday, the 21st, and performed the following weekend.

Know Theatre brings the show to Hancock, NY in partnership with The Little Victory Players

Ernie Schenk, owner of the Little Victory Players, along with his wife, Sherry Pagan (pronounced Pah-gahn), constructed this wonderful set for us!
